behind the stories and nurture their ability of imagination and listening.
Healthy Home-Made Food
We offer home-made
hot and fresh lunches cooked in our kitchen using vegetables from our kitchen
garden. Children taste the fresh and natural flavor of the vegetables and learn
how food is grown. We often serve traditional Japanese and seasonal dishes so that
children can enjoy and appreciate different foods and learn about Japanese
culture.
Nature activity
At SAKURA,
children frequently play in woods and streams. Nature play allows children to
learn about the natural world and develop a sense of empathy for animals and
plants. It also increases children’s ability for challenge and self-control. Nature
activities also support movement and coordination,
and nurture
the ability to think based on their physical sensation.
